My husband and I recently completed this Ecuador and Galápagos tour, and it exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Having traveled to 30 countries, we’ve experienced many guided tours, and this was truly a great one. The itinerary was excellent, with a great balance of natural, historical, and architectural sites. Every day offered something different, from incredible wildlife experiences in the Galápagos to fascinating cultural and historical attractions on the mainland. One of our favorite experiences was the chocolate tour, and the charming hotels and lunch spots featured throughout the trip served delicious local food. The logistics were seamless, especially in the Galápagos. Jorge, his daughter, and their team made every transfer and transportation detail effortless. Whenever a small issue arose, it was addressed immediately by the guides, who were consistently professional, attentive, and eager to help. Our mainland guide, Rodney, deserves special recognition. If you have the opportunity, request him specifically. After traveling extensively around the world, we can confidently say he is the best guide we’ve ever had. Rodney goes above and beyond to ensure every traveler is comfortable and has the experience they want. His knowledge of Ecuador’s ecology, history, biology, culture, and language is exceptional, and if he didn’t know the answer to a question, he would find out right away. Beyond his expertise, he is genuinely kind, patient, and thoughtful. There is no one better to welcome visitors to Ecuador. We cannot recommend this tour highly enough. If you’re considering an Ecuador and Galápagos trip, this is an outstanding choice that combines exceptional guides, well-organized logistics, wonderful accommodations, delicious food, and unforgettable experiences.

Daysi picked me up from the airport, took me to an amazing breakfast place, to Intinan museum which is the Real ecuator not Mitad, enroute picked up a fruit which I had mentioned we also had in India and was my favourite fruit while I had dozed off, took me to Puhlulahua crater where she actually used to be an intern, then to the teleferico where she bought me a coca tea while I was in the loo because she saw me struggle with the altitude, took me to multiple shops to get the esim I needed, then took me around the old city, drove me around than walk because I was tired, when we got delayed due to traffic jams and parking issue, and told me that since it's late in the evening, if there was any trouble, that she would fight while I should run for it. Nothing happened of course. But she went above and beyond, she was a friend not just a tour guide. It's rare to see someone doing the job they exactly were born and trained for.

We had a great time in Ecuador. Well Organized by Christian, all our requests including the Vegan Food were accomodated and ensured that we never had trouble. Xavier took us on a great birding tour through the highland, Cloud Mountains and the Amazon , was very knowledgeable about the birds and their Habitat, he went and above beyond to show us the birds on our list, It was fun chasing the birds for Photography. Our Galapagos Guide and Organizer Jorge was amazing ensuring that we had all things to make the visit enjoyable. He ensured that our first time snorkelling went without a hitch and provided with custom fitting gear and snorkels. When we ended up having to visit the Emergency Room for health reasons, Jorge along with our local Guide Byron stayed back with us until we were released from Medical care even missing their lunch. They were like a family. Thank you for the fantastic experience.
